Stress - Reclaim your life

Today we live our lives in a stressful situation.
What will happen to me?
Will I get pay raise?
Will I lose my job?
My kids are not good at studies?
My kids are not focused on life?
My wife doesn't listen to me?
How will I pay my EMI?
I have three loans to repay?
My parents don't help me?
I don't have friends anymore?

There are 1000 of questions goes into a stressful mind, every time and it never stops. It leads a person to depression, low self-esteem, and bad health.

What you need to do if you are going through this type of questions, just stop for a moment and think - Will I get benefits from worrying about the situations? so stop worrying and start working.
Action cures fears and its universal truths.
Action could you walking when some stupid questions start occupying your mind,
Stop watching too much TV and especially news channels,
Start reading some books articles,
Start writing - offline or online, whatever comes to your mind - Like I started writing blogs, I am not a writer, my English is not that great but I started writing and one day I will write a nice book. I am an IT professional and trying to give up on worries,
Don't sleep till late in the morning, even you sleep late in the night get up by 6 every morning, walk a bit and look at the people, nature, sunrise etc, listen to music,
Focus on your health,
Focus on your family
Talk to kids, wife,
Call parents, friends, and relatives once in a week,
Keep yourself active, motivated,
Learn something new,
Avoid drinking and smoking
Watch a movie, clean your car, bike, play with kids, swim, go to gym, laugh with friends, contact childhood friends, remember all the naughty things you did in the school, how was life without mobile phones, social media, how was life before TV, have fun, don't take life too serious.

We are still alive and feel it.
